Bundle and Black Friday Sales:
All sales on bundle items and Black Friday deals are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for these purchases.
This includes color exchanges for items bought in a bundle. Please note that size exchanges are still permitted for bundle and Black Friday purchases. A Fee of $15 may apply.

We understand that preferences may change, and sometimes a different size, color, or variant is desired. Therefore, we offer this window of 30 days for customers to initiate an exchange request.
1.2 Time Limit: Once the 30-day period has expired from the date of receipt of the goods, we regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to process exchanges. It is important to initiate the exchange request within this time frame to be eligible for the exchange process.

These charges are implemented to cover administrative and handling costs associated with processing the exchange. 1.9 Inspection and Approval: All returned products will undergo a thorough inspection to determine their eligibility for an exchange or refund. If the returned product meets the conditions outlined in this policy, we will process the request accordingly.
2. Damages and Issues: Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the item(s) and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly assess the issue and take appropriate steps to rectify the situation.
3. Footwear Usage Disclaimer: Please kindly take note that our shoes are meticulously crafted to provide a unique barefoot walking experience. With the intention of emulating the sensation of walking without footwear, our shoes are constructed using soft and stretchable materials. Coupled with their thin soles, they enable wearers to enjoy a remarkably similar sensation to walking barefoot. However, it is essential to recognize that our shoes are not specifically designed for rigorous or extreme sporting activities. Consequently, in the event that the shoe incurs damage as a result of engaging in sports activities, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a complimentary replacement for the shoe.
4. Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please contact us. Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
5. Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
a) The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
b) You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
6. Initiation of Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@ease.com. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Exchanges made without prior notification will not be accepted.
7. Return Shipping Fee: Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.
8. Refunds and Order Cancellation: If your product is still being processed, you are eligible to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If your order has already been fulfilled and you have received a tracking number from USPS, DHL or Fedex you must wait until the package arrives to initiate the return process.
9. Refunds for Returns: For returns requesting a refund, no delivery costs and processing fees apply.
